Terms of use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
1. The service
Duenex is an app for keeping track of recurring due dates and receiving reminders. By using it you accept these terms. The provider is Vincenzo Maggio.
2. A helper, not advice
Duenex helps you remember due dates but does not guarantee that reminders always arrive: notifications depend on your phone (settings, battery saving, storage, updates). Dates and amounts are the ones you enter, or that the assistant suggests and that you must check before saving. Always verify official due dates (bills, taxes, levies) with the provider or authority. Duenex does not provide tax, legal or financial advice.
3. The assistant
The assistant uses an artificial-intelligence model and can make mistakes. Always check the suggestion before saving. Free requests are limited each month.
4. Account
An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Duenex for unlawful activity, or to try to access other users’ data or overload the service. We may suspend an account in case of abuse.
6. Plans
The free version has limits (for example the number of items and assistant requests).
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or missed reminders. The rights that the law grants to consumers remain unaffected by these terms.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
